Frequently asked questions
Can I set a prefix per client?
Yes. In the naming rules you set your own prefix, for example the client name. The setting is saved and applies to all following documents until you change it.
Does the AI recognise till receipts too?
Yes, as long as they are scanned legibly. For very faint thermal paper, a higher scan resolution helps. Every split point can be reviewed and corrected before downloading.
What about confidentiality and data protection?
Your documents are not stored, are only processed encrypted in the EU for detection and are not used for AI training. Your firm receives a data processing agreement (DPA).
